A dishwasher, built-in fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine mean the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the dining-area is perfect for big get togethers. A separate utility-area is home to a washing machine and tumble-drier, if you're inclined to use them on your holidays.
Broad-De has five bedrooms in total. You'll want to bagsy the principal bedroom, with its modern, minimalist four-poster bed and enviable views over the surrounding countryside. This bedroom also provides access to a twin bedroom, the perfect set up for parents of younger children. You'll also find another double, twin and a bunk bedroom too.
No arguments over who gets to use the bathroom first here - there's a family bathroom with separate toilet upstairs, and a wet-room with walk-in shower downstairs too.
Outside there's a spacious, enclosed garden providing a safe space for children and dogs to play. There's also a large terrace with plenty of room for summer barbecues and al fresco dining. Why not sit out here and wake-up with your coffee and the sound of nature? Upgrade the garden during your stay and book an inflatable hot tub too. It's the place to unwind when the children are in bed and the stars come out.
Broad-De benefits from a secured gated entrance and the sweeping driveway has space for up to five cars. You'll also find storage, ideal for putting your wetsuits, boards and bikes out of the way when not in use.

Had a wonderful stay in Broad De! Enjoyed surfing, the beach, walks and the lovely small village of Croyde. Just a perfect holiday for us. We traveled as a party of 9 (including one child and one teenager) an the house fitted ideally. Everything was tidy and clean. The only thing we really, really missed was a sharpened knife. We'd be very happy to come back again some time!
